KUNLUN Energy (00135.HK) announced that it obtained on 16 December 2011 the approval from Ministry of Commerce for its acquisition of 60% equity interest in PetroChina Beijing Gas Pipeline.
Kunlun Energy and PetroChina (601857.SH 00857.HK) have agreed to waive the remaining condition.
