Country Garden (HKG:2007) said that its contract sales of real estate properties in the year of 2011 totalled RMB43.2 billion - up 31% on year, or 6.87 million square metres by area - an increase of 15% on year. The realised sales exceeded the group's target of RMB43 billion for the year.

The group launched 16 new projects, including 10 in Guangdong Province, for sale during the year.
