Anxin-China Holdings (HKG:1149) announced that Zhong Houtai and Zhong Houyao have resigned as executive directors for personal reasons with effect from 9 January 2012. Zhong Houtai also resigned as an authorised representative and the chairman of the company.

Liu Zhongkui, an executive director and the CEO of the company, has been appointed as an authorised representative of the company and as the chairman of the company, both with effect from the same date.
