China Medical and Bio Science Limited (HKG:8120) has changed its name to "Oriental Unicorn Agricultural Group Limited" with effect from 13 December 2011.

With effect from 9:00 a.m. on 16 January 2012, the shares of the company will be traded under new stock short names of "Ori Unicorn" on the Stock Exchange. The stock code of the company will remain unchanged as "8120".
