China Overseas Land & Investments (HKG:0688) announced that it realised sales of HK$5.53 billion, or 364,000 sqm by area, from real estate properties in December 2011. For the entire year of 2011, the sales totalled HK$87.09 billion - up 29.8% on year, or 5.582 million sqm by area - up 5.3%.
