Beiren Printing Machinery (HKG:0187) announced that Zhao Guorong has, with effect from 12 January 2012, resigned as an executive director, chairman of the board of directors, convener of the strategic committee of the board, member of the remuneration and monitoring committee, and Hong Kong authorized representative.

The board has elected director Zhang Peiwu as the chairman of the board.
