Victory City International (HKG:0539) has determined the value of scrip shares at HK$0.7182 per share for the purpose of its interim dividend of HK 2.5 cents per share.

It is expected that certificates for the scrip shares and dividend cheques will be posted at the risk of those entitled thereto on or about 2 March 2012. On this basis, dealings in the scrip shares are expected to commence on 6 March 2012.
