Luen Thai Holdings (HKG:0311) has agreed to acquire Tien-Hu Knitting Company (Hong Kong) Limited for HK$46.5 million.

The target company owns a PRC subsidiary principally engaged in garment manufacturing. The directors of Luen Thai believe the proposed acquisition can streamline the company's operation and better reallocate the resources within the group, thereby increasing its operational efficiency.
