February 8, the reporter learnt that Sany Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. was the winning bidder in the bidding for 13 roadheaders held by Henan Coal & Chemical Group. At presents, the products of Sany Heavy Equipment have been widely used in more than 500 mine areas in China and exported to Iran, Russia, Ukraine, and many other countries and districts.

Sany Heavy Equipment which was founded in 2004 is invested by Sany Group. In 2004, Sany Heavy Industry invested CNY 1 billion to establish Sany Taiyuan Industrial Park in Taiyuan Economy and Technology Development Zone. The industrial park is expected to go into production at the end of 2013, mainly producing roadheaders, coal cutters, hydraulic support, scraper conveyor, etc.
