China Resources Gas Goup (HKG:1193) (CR Gas) and Zhengzhou China Resources Gas (HKG:3928) (ZZ Gas) announced jointly that the listing of the H shares of ZZ Gas will be withdrawn from the Stock Exchange with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 14 February 2012.

ZZ Gas shareholders are advised that the offers will remain open for acceptance until 4:00 p.m. on 20 February 2012, unless the offers are further extended in accordance with the terms and conditions of the offers and the Takeovers Code.
