In relation to the entry into a joint venture with Marubeni Corporation to acquire the entire issued share capital of Grande Cache Coal Corporation, Winsway Coking Coal Holdings (HKG:1733) announced that the JV company between it and Marubeni and the target have agreed to extend the long-stop date for the closing of the arrangement agreement to 6 March 2012.
