Atlas Copco AB has finished the acquisition of GIA Industri AB in Sweden from Vätterledens Verkstad AB, a subsidiary of Vätterledens Invest AB.
GIA Industri AB has 113 employees and annual revenues of about SEK 230 million. With the acquisition, Atlas Copco enlarges its offering with products including electric mine trucks, utility vehicles, continuous loaders and ventilation systems.
GIA Industri AB is part of the Underground Rock Excavation division within the Mining and Rock Excavation Technique business area.
