China Liansu has been consolidating its core competitive strengths and market leadership in the industry by adopting three strategies:
(i) expanding its nationwide sales network and refining the market as it gradually increases its sales outside southern China; (ii) optimizing production capacities to meet increasing market demand with the new production base in Xi’an expected to commence operation in the first half of 2012; and (iii) enhancing product quality by a better research and development capacity.
The company plans to introduce new types of home building material products at an appropriate time with a view to diversifying its product mix and making them new drivers of profit growth in order to continue to consolidate the group’s overall competitiveness.

It is building two additional facilities in Ürümqi and Changchun.
