Apple recently began quietly selling the China Telecom (NYSE: CHA; 0728.HK) version of the iPhone 4S on its official website at the same price points as the China Unicom (NYSE: CHU; 0762.HK; 600050.SH) model. The 16GB model is available for RMB 4,988, the 32 GB version is RMB 5,888, and the 64 GB is RMB 6,788. There are adequate supplies of all three models with no limit on the number of units that can be purchased by a single customer, and Beijing customers can receive their smartphones in 2-3 days.
