Gasgoo.com (Shanghai April 20) - Great Wall's upcoming luxury SUV, previously referred to as the SC60, will officially be named the Haval H7, the Beijing Times reported. The H7, which is scheduled to make its debut at this month's Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, will hit the market next year with a price tag of around 200,000 yuan ($31,696).
The five-seat Haval H7 (pictured) is squarely aimed at the upper end of the market, with hopes that it will be picked up for government use. The H7 shares similar dimensions with the Mercedes-Benz ML, measuring 4.8 m long, 1.94 m wide and 1.79 m tall, with a wheel base of 2.9 m. The H7 sports all-wheel drive and will be powered by a 2.0 L naturally aspirated engine mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. It will boast a maximum power output of 160 kW and produce up to 324 Nm of torque. The H7 will have a reported top speed of 180 km per hour.
The H7 will also come with a bevy of accessories, including steering wheel-mounted riving controls, cruise control, electronic stability control, front and rear radar and a sunroof. It will be placed above the H6.
