Le Saunda Holdings Ltd. (HKG:0738) has announced changes in directorships of the company with effect from 1 June 2012.

Marces Lee Tze-Bun will retire from the position of chairman. He will also be re-designated from executive director to non-executive director.

James Ngai, a non-executive director, will take up additional position as chairman and will be responsible for the management of the board and the group's strategy.

Ngai joined the group in March 2011. He has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing and taxation matters. He is the director of James Ngai & Partners CPA Limited, which provides advisory and audit services to private companies owned by Lee.
