Sound Global Ltd. (HKG:0967) announces that it won two bids for the project of the phase II of a wastewater plant in Chang'an disrict, Xi'an city, Shaanxi province and the project of a wastewater plant in Hailun city, Heilongjiang province.

The phase II expansion project of a wastewater plant in Shaanxi will be invested and built by Sound Global with a view to increasing its treatment capacity by 50,000 cubic metres per day in phase II to realize a total treatment capacity of 100,000 cubic metres per day upon its completion. The project will be invested, built and operated under the BOT mode with a total investment of approximately RMB58.6035 million .

The project in Heilongjiang has a treatment capacity of 20,000 cubic metres per day. Sound Global has aquired all the assets and interests of the wastewater plant in Hailun city at a consideration of RMB30 million. The wastewater plant in Hailun city will be invested, operated and transferred under the TOT mode.
