Climax International (HKG:0439) announced that its expected consolidated net loss for the year ended 31 March 2012 would be lesser as compared to the consolidated net loss forecasted and disclosed in the circular of the company dated 5 March 2012.

The reduction of the consolidated net loss was mainly due to the absence of recognition of exchange gain arising from fixed deposits in foreign currency and changes in fair value of held for trading investment in the forecast.

The audited results of the group for the year ended 31 March 2012 is expected to be published on or before 30 June 2012.
