Qingling Motors (HKG:1122) announced that Naotoshi Tsutsumi was elected as an executive director for the next term and Yue Huaqiang has retired as a director with effect from 6 June 2012. Naotoshi Tsutsumi has been appointed as a vice chairman of the company with effect from the same day.

Naotoshi Tsutsumi, aged 69, graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Faculty of Engineering of Kagoshima University. He joined Isuzu in April 1968.

2011 final dividend of H shares paid in Hong Kong dollars is HK$0.1472 per share.
