Samling Global Limited (HKG:3938) announced that the scheme (for the privatisation of the company) was sanctioned without modification by the Bermuda Court on 15 June 2012 (Bermuda time) and all the conditions of the scheme were fulfilled and the scheme became effective on the same day.

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong has approved the withdrawal of listing of the shares of the company on the Main Board with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 20 June 2012 (Hong Kong time).
