September 2 -- Shenzhen Green Eco-manufacture Hi-tech (002340) signed an agreement with Sichuan Changhong Electric (600839) yesterday to research and develop an urban mineral resources industrial park, reports yicai.com, citing the company’s announcement.

Green Eco and Changhong Electric plan to build facilities to process rare metal and plastic. The firms will collect plastic and rare metals including cobalt, platinum, and palladium in Sichuan, Hubei, Guangdong, Jiangsu and Anhui provinces.
