Mazda Motor Corp.'s deliveries in China surged 42 percent year on year to 19,739 vehiles in May on strong demand for models equipped with its fuel-efficient powertrain technology. The company says it enjoyed robust demand for three models fitted with Skyactiv direct-injection engines: the Mazda CX-5, Mazda6 Atenza and Mazda3 Axela.
