Informed sources told C114 that China Mobile's newly formed subsidiary Topssion is in full establishment of new branches nationwide, which will be managed by Topssion headquarters and China Mobile provincial headquarters. The branches' management structure is gradually clear, and the provincial appointments is in progress.

Topssion, which created in late 2003, was originally a Chinese terminals distributor and logistics services company. The company was launched by China Mobile, and ZTE, Eastcom, Ningbo Bird, Digital China and Huawei held the shares. However, in last year, China Mobile entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Topssion for RMB 281 mln.

Now, Topssion has formed an vertical structure of terminal management including product, purchasing, marketing, channel, system support, integration, testing, finance and so on.
