Yunnan Aluminum Co., Ltd. announced that it will pay the cash dividend of RMB 0.27 per 10 shares (after tax) and use the additional paid-in capital to distribute three new shares for every 10 shares to shareholders recorded on July 14, 2011. The Company's shares will be traded ex-dividend and ex-right on July 15, 2011.
