Shenzhen Noposion Agrochemicals Co., Ltd announced that it will pay a cash dividend of RMB 1.8 per 10 shares (after tax), and use additional paid-in capital to distribute six new shares for every 10 shares to shareholders of record on June 10, 2011. The Company's shares will be traded ex-dividend and ex-dividend on June 13, 2011.
