Anhui Leimingkehua Co., Ltd. announced that it will pay the cash dividend of RMB 0.108 per share (after tax) and use the additional paid-in capital to distribute two new shares for every 10 shares to shareholders recorded on July 8, 2011. The Company's shares will be traded ex-dividend and ex-right on July 11, 2011.
