Hubei Guochuang Hi-tech Material Co.,Ltd announced that it will use the additional paid-in capital to distribute 10 new shares for every 10 shares to shareholders recorded on June 27, 2011. The Company's shares will be traded ex-dividend and ex-right on June 28, 2011.
