eFuture Information Technology Inc. announced that for the third quarter of 2011, it expects total revenue to be in the range of approximately RMB35 million (USD5.5 million) to RMB45 million (USD7.0 million). Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in the range of approximately breakeven to RMB5 million (USD0.8 million).
