Taiyuan Lionhead Cement Co., Ltd. announced that the Company will inject RMB 20,000 into its wholly owned subsidiary, a Taiyuan-based cement company, while China United Cement Corporation (Company A) will inject RMB 0.98 million into the subsidiary. After that, the Company's holdings in the subsidiary will decrease to 51%, while Company A will begin to hold a 49% stake in the subsidiary.
