Taiwan-based Far EasTone Telecommunications (FET) has launched its four mobile value-added service platforms in the China market through partnership with China Mobile and expects revenues from the services to reach NT$600 million (US$20.7 million) in 2011 and US$100 million in 2013, according to the company.
The four platforms are S Mart for mobile applications, eBook Town for e-book content, Omusic for online digital music and Video Store for online video, FET indicated.
FET, China Mobile and providers of applications and content share 21%, 30% and 49%, respectively, of the revenues generated in the China market, FET said.
