Xinjiang Guanghui Industry Co., Ltd. announced that it plans to set up a joint venture with a Xinjiang-based equity investment company, a Hami-based asset management company and a Xinjiang-based railway diversified economic development center, with the Company to hold an 82.30% stake in the joint venture. The joint venture will be engaged in construction of railway.
