China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology today announced the operational status of national communications industry in Jan-Oct, 2011. The data shows that the 3G subscribers in China has been over 100 million.

The report noted that in Jan-Oct, fixed subscribers have reduced 6.651 million to 287.69 million; Meanwhile, mobile subscribers has increased 104.989 million to 963.991 million.
