The hotel will accommodate a total of 400 rooms which will have a minimum area of 45 square metres. All the guestrooms of the building will be equipped with a large balcony which will offer views of the surrounding Liaodong Bay.
The meeting area of the facility will consist of a grand ballroom spanning 1500 square metres apart from a 1000 square metre space to facilitate various events. The hotel will also comprise an adventure area for children and a family entertainment centre encompassing 1400 square metres fitted with different amenities. The hotel will further provide a host of food outlets such as a Chinese, speciality, an all-day dining restaurant and Lobby Lounge. Other features of the hotel include a health club comprising indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa as well as a hot-spring village.
The facility is due to open in 2015.
