China Datang Corporation Renewable Power (HKG:1798) announced that it agreed to acquire from its controlling shareholder, China Datang Corporation, 100% equity interest in each of Datang Wendeng Clean Energy Development Co., Ltd. and Datang Laizhou Renewable Energy Co., Ltd., at a total consideration of RMB204 million.

Datang Wendeng is primarily engaged in the research and development of clean energy and the design and operation of clean-energy power stations. Datang Laizhou is primarily engaged in the development of new energy.
