Dynasty Fine Wines (HKG:0828) has agreed to purchase certain oak barrels from Oeneo S.A. at a total of EUR350,000 and US$193,250, or approximately HK$5.042 million in total.

Oeneo is an associate of Andromede S.A., a substantial shareholder holding 26.96% stake in Dynasty Fine Wines.
