South China Financial (HKG:0619) announced that it has re-designated executive director Ng Tze-wai as a non-executive director and Ng has resigned as a vice-chairman, both with effect from 17 January 2012.

With effect from the same date, Ng has also been appointed by South China (China) (HKG:0413) to oversee its agriculture and forestry business.
