Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) has reportedly set a fixed monthly rate of NT$1,899 (US$64.4) for its 100Mbps symmetrical broadband Internet-access service and NT$1,699 and NT$1,499 for 100Mbps asymmetrical service at upload speeds of 40Mbps and 10Mbps respectively, according to industry sources in Taiwan.

However, CHT did not confirm the report.
