PCCW Ltd, Hong Kong's largest telephone company, said it will offer new high-speed networks for business customers together with China Network Communications Group Corp.

The new service offered by PCCW and China Network will provide business customers with fast telecommunications connections between Hong Kong and Beijing, according to a faxed statement by PCCW yesterday. China Network, which owns 20 percent of PCCW, is the parent of Hong Kong-listed China Netcom Group Corp, the main fixed-line provider in the country's northern provinces and Beijing.
