Some Mobile users in Beijing will enjoy free incoming calls without any limitation from today onwards.

Beijing Mobile, part of China's largest mobile phone operator, officially started a one-way billing scheme to its GoTone users today, in which mobile users will recieve calls for free, while pay 0.4 yuan per minute for local calls.

According to Beijing Mobile, free incoming calls will be automaticly applied to Beijing Mobile's GoTone customers. The only exception are those who have subscribed the 99 yuan monthly contract.

Early in May, Beijing Mobile has launched a one-way billing scheme to its GoTone users. However, it was accused of setting too many limitations, such as requiring users to subscribe the service for over one year. According to the operater, those requirements will also recede as of today.
