Mono-crystal furnace is the largest business of Huasheng Tianlong Photoelectric. Its operating revenue reached RMB240 million in mid 2011, accounting for approximately 60% of the total revenue. DRF 85 and DRF 95 are the two main models of mono-crystal furnace, and each of them takes half of the market share. Currently, the price of DRF 85 and DRF 95 are about RMB600 thousand and RMB800-900 thousand respectively. The overall mono-crystal furnace shipments achieved over 300 units in 2010H1.
 
Tianlong Photoelectric is a leading enterprise in mono-crystal furnace market. At present, mono-crystal furnace market realizes localization. Beijing Jingyuntong Technology, Ferrotec, Beijing Jingyi Century Electronics and Crystal Growing Technology are the key players in China. Mono-crystal furnace shipment of Tianlong achieved 700 units in 2010, occupying 23% share of the total, while Jingyuntong, Ferrotec and Jingyi Century took around 20% respectively.
