It operates in five segments: light emitting diode (LED) decorative lighting, LED general illumination lighting, Incandescent decorative lighting, Entertainment lighting and All others. LED decorative lighting manufactures and distributes LED decorative lighting products. LED general illumination lighting manufactures and distributes LED general illumination lighting products. Incandescent decorative lighting manufactures and distributes incandescent decorative lighting products. Entertainment lighting manufactures and distributes entertainment lighting products. The All others segment distributes lighting product accessories. In December 2010, the Company acquired 60% equity interest in American Lighting Inc. (American Lighting), and acquired a 92.3% equity interest in Neo-Neon Europe GmbH (NNEG). In February 2011, it acquired 100% equity interest of HCI Acquisition Corp. (HCI).
