Neo-Neon Holdings (01868.HK) announce that, on 27 November 2011, it entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with China Zhonglianhang International Investment Limited (Zhonglianhang) for forming a strategic cooperation for the LED lighting upgrading project of all gasoline stations of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Limited for a term of two years.

Under the agreement, Zhonglianhang is responsible for energy resources management of the LED project whereas Neo-Neon is responsible for the supply of LED lighting and the provision of technical and after-sale services in the LED project.

On 28 November 2011, the parties further entered into a LED lighting purchase contract pursuant to which Neo-Neon has agreed to supply LED lighting for 1,360 gasoline stations in Shanxi Province as the first stage of the LED project in an aggregate sum of RMB76.54 million.
