ShenZhen Clou Electronics Co., Ltd is engaged in research, development, manufacture and distribution of power automation products and electrical instruments. The Company provides power automation products, including power using automation series products, power operation supplies and frequency converting products, as well as electrical instruments, including standard instruments and electronic power meters. The Company distributes its products in domestic market, with East China and South China as its major markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had eight subsidiaries and one affiliate, which involved in manufacture and distribution of power and electronic devices, plastic products and power supplies, development and distribution of computer software, as well as industrial investment.
