In March of 2012, Clou Electronics was bid winner for 2S single-phase smart meters of first phase tender, 1S three—phase smart meter of second phase tender and transformer acquisition terminal of eighth phase tender during the fifth batch of projects of 2011 Integrated Tender & Acquisition for Electric Energy Meter (including collecting device) organized by State Grid.

Clou Electronics won 13 projects, 724,294 samrt meters, 2,246 transformer acquisition terminals, and the total amount of these bids is about RMB161 million. The winning bid product is expected to be delivered in 2012. The performance of the contract will have a positive impact on operations of the company in 2012.
