June 8 -- Brewer Tibet Galaxy Science and Technology Development (000752) invested 200 million yuan for a 26.67 percent stake in a joint venture, Dechang Houdi Rare Earth Mining, reports stcn.com.

Xichang Zhineng Industry and Dechang Zhineng Rare Earth are the two other companies involved in the joint venture.

Dechang Zhineng had invested 50 million yuan for a 6.66 percent stake while Xichang Zhineng had invested 500 million yuan worth of its exploration rights to a mine in Dechang county, Sichuan province, in return for a 66.67 percent stake in the joint venture.
