September 8 -- Heilongjiang Interchina Water Treatment (600187) intends to spend 69 million yuan to establish a subsidiary for sewage treatment in Shandong province, reports Yicai.com, citing a company filing.

The subsidiary, called Dongying Guozhong Environmental Protection Science and Technology, will create a sewage treatment plant in Dongying city with daily treatment capacity of 40,000 tons. It has a license to operate for 30 years. The project will cost an investment of 138 million yuan in the first phase.
