The main product of Hebei Chengde Lolo Co., Ltd “Lolo Almond Milk” takes 90% shares in the domestic almond milk market.

Chengde Lolo has 10 production lines, with the total capacity of 300,000 tons. In each boom season, the tension between supply and demand exists.  The company has raised RMB200 million to establish a plant with the designed annual capacity of 100,000 tons in Zhengzhou, the new plant is expected to be put into operation in March 2012.

The Company is planning to establish a plant with the designed annual capacity of 400,000 tons in Chengde. The company also intends to issue additional shares valued RMB400 million to its controlling shareholder Wanxiang Sannong. The raised fund will be used for the construction of the plants in Northeast and North China. In 2011, almond grows well, and the price has fallen since March 2011. With the decline in raw material prices and the expanded capacity, the profitability of the company will be improved further.
