October 21 -- China Mobile (0941.HK) posted a 5.4 percent year-on-year increase in net profit for the first three quarters to 91.98 billion yuan on revenue of 383.85 billion yuan, up 8.8 percent, reports Securities Times, citing a company filing.

The largest mobile operator in the world said third quarter net profit dropped 10.8 percent quarter-on-quarter to 30.7 billion yuan, below the average consensus estimate of 32.2 billion yuan.
