THE new lounge is situated on the fourth floor of the terminal building. It will serve Cathay Pacific and oneworld carriers First and Business Class passengers, Silver Card holder and above members of the Marco Polo Club, and oneworld Sapphire or above members.

Carrara white marble and China Black granite coupled with finishes in warm bamboo wood serve as the dominant design features of the area. It has also been equipped with panoramic windows to optimise natural light penetration throughout.

The reception wall of the new lounge is formed of Venetian glass tiles by Italy's Fabbian. The wall is illuminated from the back to offer a sparkling abstract bamboo feel. The lounge further comprises comfortable lounge seating arrangements such as the hand-crafted Cathay Sothai Chair designed by Poltrona Frau in Italy.

The lounge houses seven private work stations consisting of desktop computers that offer internet and wireless service. Among its other features are three shower suites, and a dining space.
