On 28 December 2011 after trading hours, BOC Mantai Property Management (Shanghai) Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of North Mining Shares Company (HKG:0433) , agreed to subscribe for the promissory note in the principal amount of HK$500 million with interest of HK$100 million and a term of five years. The promissory note is secured by the iron mine indirectly owned as to 96% by the issuer Shan Xi Ding Jin Mining Company Limited.
